Mark Hoppe has been licensed to practice in Texas since 1983 and
in North Carolina since 1987. He is admitted to practice in the US District Court
Middle District of North Carolina, the US District Court Northern District of Texas,
US District Court Western District of Texas, and the US Court of Appeals Fifth Circuit.
Mr. Hoppe graduated from Duke University in 1980, magna cum laude with a B.S. degree
in Management Science. He graduated from Southern Methodist University's Dedman
School of Law with a J.D. degree in 1983.
Mr. Hoppe is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association and the Forsyth County
Bar Association.
Mr. Hoppe's practice emphasizes family law and a collaborative law approach
to dispute resolution. He also deals with employment law issues arising from matrimonial
cases, including employment discrimination, and with the commercial, business, and
tort ramifications of family law matters. He is one of the founding members of the
Triad Collaborative Law Family Law Practice Group.
