Allison Wagner is a 2007 graduate of the law school at the
University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She received a B.A. Cum
Laude in drama from UNCA in 2001. She studied abroad during 2002
at Université catholique de l'Ouest in Angers, France, where she concentrated in
French history and literature.
In 2003-2004, Ms. Wagner worked as a behavioral therapist and provided care for
autistic children. In law school, she was active in the Autism Legislative
Project.
Ms. Wagner lived in Winston-Salem while attending classes at UNC and has been
active in local civic affairs for several years.
During 2004 and 2006, she worked with the Winston-Salem Sports Commission and
helped to organize and stage AAU basketball tournaments for boys and girls.
In 2006, she participated in the development of the Emerging Young Leaders
Scholarship Program. For several years, she was involved in organizing the
4th Street Criterium bike race in downtown Winston-Salem and the Winston-Salem
Holiday Parade.
In 2007, she was named by the Triad Business Journal as one of the area’s “Forty
Under 40” in recognition of her community service activities.
She is currently a member of the North Carolina Bar Association’s Young Lawyers
Division Community Relations Committee.
She joined Davis & Harwell in September 2007. Her practice is concentrated in
family law.
