Legal Assistants provide direct support to attorneys in both
legal and administrative matters, including client relations and case
management. Our legal assistants all have extensive experience in case
administration and client communications. They are responsible for maintaining
close contact with clients if an attorney is not available and for assuring the
free flow of information between our attorneys and the people they represent. In
addition, legal assistants are responsible for scheduling and appointments,
calendaring court appearances as well as depositions and meetings, assuring that
each client is informed of court dates and other case-related events,
maintaining the integrity of both current and closed case files, and the
disposition of files and materials in a manner that protects the confidentiality
of the information contained in those files.
